Please read these Terms of Service carefully before submitting your order to Photo Edit Home. By using Photo Edit Home services, you agree to these Terms of Service along with all applicable rules and policies, including our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Image Submission For optimal results, submit images that meet Photo Edit Home’s resolution and file format guidelines. Images delivered by Photo Edit Home are considered accepted unless you report an error within seven (7) days of receipt. Photo Edit Home is committed to resolving any issues in its sole discretion by correcting errors or re-performing services. This process will continue until the image is deemed accepted by you. All images are deleted from our system approximately thirty (30) days after acceptance.

Delivery Edited images will be delivered via a public web link (e.g., URL). While Photo Edit Home uses best practices to ensure security, public URLs have inherent limitations. Photo Edit Home is not responsible for any security issues related to the delivery method.

Payment Prices are based on the current price list at the time of order acceptance. Photo Edit Home reserves the right to change its pricing without prior notice. Payments are accepted in $, €, and £. Payment is processed upon submission of your order. In certain cases, credit may be extended to high-volume, repeat customers, with invoicing on a monthly basis. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs related to their orders, excluding taxes on Photo Edit Home’s income.

Image Rights You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the images. Photo Edit Home reserves the right to reject any image at its discretion. By submitting an image, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and grant Photo Edit Home a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the image as required for service performance. You also agree to indemnify Photo Edit Home and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the images.

Marketing Photo Edit Home does not have permission to use your images for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties Except as specified in Section 1, Photo Edit Home provides its services “as is” without warranties of any kind. All implied warranties regarding quality, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so these exclusions may not apply to you.
